Refunds and Cancellations

Overview

Samskrita Bharati (Dakshinabanga) Patrachara courses are offered at nominal fees to encourage Sanskrit learning. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be provided.

No Refund Policy (General)

Course fees, examination fees, and material fees are generally non-refundable once paid. By completing the payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate payment made by the student
• Cancellation of a course by Samskrita Bharati due to insufficient enrollment
• Technical error resulting in overcharge

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to sbdakshinabanga@gmail.com within 7 days of payment.

Cancellation by Student

If a student wishes to withdraw from a course after enrollment, no refund will be provided. However, the student may continue to receive study materials for the enrolled level.

Cancellation by Samskrita Bharati

If Samskrita Bharati cancels a course or program, registered students will be notified and full fees will be refunded within 30 working days.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 15-30 working days from the date of approval. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
