REFUND, CANCELLATION, SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
1. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation request must be placed within 24 hours from the time of payment / transaction. No request for cancellation will be entertained thereafter.
2. REFUND POLICY
Once the cancellation request has been placed, Samskrita Bharati Dakshin Banga will verify the details and initiate the proceedings for issuing refund. Please note that the Rs. 30/- (Thiry Rupees only) will be deducted from the amount paid / transaction amount and the rest will be refunded to the customer. The customer should come to the registered address of Samskrita Bharati Dakshin Banga and collect the refund amount by showing an identity proof and proof of transaction. 3. Detailed Delivery and Shipping Policy (Services offered by SAMSKRITA BHARATI DAKSHINBANGA)
International policy:
After credit-approval/payment confirmation, the product will be ready to ship in 7-14 business days. service orders are delivered and shipped through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only.
Domestic policy:
After credit approval/payment confirmation and also after getting final approval from the buyer/customer, if applicable, the service-outcome will be ready to ship in between 7-14 business days. Delivery can take up to 15 business days depending on where you live.Delivery of our services will be conducted as mentioned during the registration or submission process. Most of the packages we offer has free shipping & delivery included. Please go through the package details to have detailed package specific idea. Samskrita Bharati Dakshinbanga is in no way responsible for any kind of damage to the order while in transit to the buyer/customer.

4. Return Policy
The customer will receive a partial amount after deducting postage charge only if the return is a result of our error. Book/s purchased from www.patrachar.org can be returned only when:
1. Book/s which were not ordered but supplied by mistake.
2. Book/s were received in damaged conditions.
Such cases must be brought to our notice immediately after receipt of book/s by emailing sbdakshinabanga@gmail.com. Return of such book/s must be received by us within 10 days from the date of delivery at your end.
Book/s so returned must be properly packed and received at our end in the same condition it was sent and if received in damaged condition, no refund would be made.
Courier/postage charges are non-refundable and no refund would be payable by us for the return of book/s by the customer.
We assume that the customer has accepted the terms and conditions placed by us before ordering our product/s.
